I. There is a problem in society today. That problem is:
People are reclaiming their already adopted kids and it's messing the kids up psycologicaly. Also it is a decision by the biological parents to put your child up for adoption, they should not allow a reclaimation of adopted kids by the biolgical parents because they though it out and they must have been fine with the parents to surrender custody to the foster parents.
II. Facts that demonstrate that there is a problem are:

In the case of a Waiting Child adoption, parental rights have been terminated. Thus, biological parents no longer have legal rights to the child and cannot reclaim them. In the case of private adoption, the birth parent has 10 business days after the consent to adopt has been signed to rescind that decision.
